This was my first time booking an appointment with Gosh through his website. I actually found his business on Google Maps while searching for the best repair services, and reading all the positive reviews, it almost felt too good to be true. As soon as I requested his help, he responded quickly by email.
The shop was easy to find - he even sent a link and photos with clear instructions on what to do upon arrival in case I got lost. When I first met Gosh, he greeted me with a big smile and a friendly wave down the corridor, which immediately giving me a warm welcome. Communication with him was smooth, and it was clear he really knows his work and has strong expertise in laptop repairs.
I initially expected the repair to take about a week, but to my surprise, he told me I could collect my laptop the very next day. While I thought the issue was only with the battery, Gosh identified additional problems and kept me updated throughout the repair process. He made sure my laptop had the latest firmware and drivers so it could perform at its best. He also shared helpful advice on how to properly charge and care for my laptop in the future.
