Gosh was welcoming and informative via WhatsApp and in person, remembering me after all those years. He fixed my PC’s cooling system as well as sorting out other issues and I collected what was basically an ‘as new’ machine performing better than ever for. Very reasonable price. I contacted him on whatsapp and he replied very quickly and told me to bring in my laptop the next day (Wednesday), he comunicated very well even sending me pictures of the process and had my laptop ready to be picked up on the Friday which was earlier than I expected. As I couldn't pick it up that day he held on to it for me until I could. Gosh is very friendly and explained why my laptop had cracked, showed me what he did to repair it, explained how to prevent having this problem again and also charged a very reasonable price.
